Piano being my secondary instrument I provide engaging lessons, well structured and adapted to each individual student.

 Within the lessons I listen to the students ambitions such as improving technical ability, performance style, exam preparation and any pieces you wish to learn.

Students learn music from a wide range to styles including, classical, jazz and blues. I mainly take a classic approach within my lessons which include, scales, arpeggios, sight reading and improvisation along side working through pieces. Most importantly I ensure that correct technique is taught to gain strength and effortless playing. I encourage all students to explore their own style and discover what music suits them best.

It is vital to teach the individual and not just the instrument. The main part of the lesson is listening to the student, understanding what you are hoping to achieve and to explain how I will help you achieve this goal.
