FAQ's
Do You Travel For Your Lessons?
No, I teach from home, but I can offer zoom calls as an alternative.
Do I Need To Have or Bring My Own Instrument?
Yes, you will need to bring your own instrument to the lesson. I do have a keyboard that will be provided during all lessons.
Do I Teach Via Zoom?
Yes, I am more than happy to teach through zoom.
Can You Provide The Music?
I will give you all information you need to access to buy any music you need.
Can I Book For More Than 1 Hour?
Yes, lessons and be booked for 30 mins, 45mins, 1 hour, 2 or 3 if required.
Should I Be Using Software To Compose Music?
You don’t need to use software to compose music, many people still hand write notation. However it can be to your advantage to use software, as it will help reduce workload.
I use Musescore which is free to download, but you can also use different softwares such as Sibelius. I still sit at the piano and hand write ideas before putting the music onto the software.
Booking Policy
Lucy Green Music operates the following terms and conditions in respect of one to one lesson bookings:
Lessons must be paid for in full within 24 hours of a booking being made unless otherwise agreed by the music teacher - Lucy Green.
If cancellations are within 24 hours, a refund will not be offered and is at the discretion of the music teacher - Lucy Green.
Failure to show up for your lesson without prior notice will result in the loss of your lesson booking.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be given in the following circumstances:
Exceptional circumstances such as death or serious illness/injury where the user or the intended recipient of a purchase is unable to use within the designated expiry date.
