Being a Professional Trumpet player I have extensive knowledge in all aspects of playing. I provide engaging lessons which are adapted to each individual student.

I teach students who have never picked up a brass instrument before, to students who would like to improve in certain areas. I know what is required in terms of the knowledge and practice methods needed to achieve high standards of performance, and to pass on the extremely important physical skills needed to play a brass instrument. Within the lessons I listen to the students ambitions such as improving technical ability, performance style, exam preparation and any pieces you wish to learn.

Students learn music from a wide range repertoire from Classical, Baroque, Romantic, Modern, Jazz and Blues. Along side technical studies to improve and strengthen the embouchure, and gain a valuable grounded technique. This will ensure that students gain the stamina required to play brass instruments and to perform effortlessly.
